- Support the Senior Biodiversity Specialist and implement INNS management plans and control programmes.
- Work with internal teams across Southern Water, as well as NGOs and other external partner organisations and community groups to implement help survey and baseline ecology across our estate.
- Deliver a rolling programme of ecological surveys and mapping, ensuring clear recording.

We\βre looking for five dedicated Biodiversity Specialists to help us protect and enhance the natural environments that surround our water assets and operations., A degree in ecology, environmental science, or a related field or relevant vocational work experience - Demonstrable applied expertise in ecological/botanical monitoring, biodiversity enhancement projects, INNS management in particular relevance to recreational pursuits, estate management and innovative conservation delivery.
