Experience: Strong experience delivering capital or construction projects, ideally within the water, utilities, or wider infrastructure sector.

Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of project controls, contract administration, and procurement processes, with experience of NEC contracts highly desirable.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to build effective relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: Degree in Science, Engineering, Construction, or Management (or equivalent experience). Professional membership or progress towards chartership would be beneficial.

Certifications: A recognised project management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2, or equivalent is desirable. Knowledge of CDM and NEC for Project Managers would be advantageous.
