Job Overview
Working in the Technical Developer Team, you will be taking inbound calls and email requests from developers, where you will check their applications against a criteria and then progress to the next stage where applicable. This role will involve working on the phone, and on computer systems, as part of a wider team of 9. There are other people in the team doing the same role, so you will have the opportunity to learn from your peers. There are excellent progression opportunities in this team.
About You
You will have experience working in the utilities industry; fantastic attention to detail and strong administration skills. You will have a professional manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to build rapport.
Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home (2 days in the office; Wednesday plus 1 other). Applicants who wish to work part time or want flexible/ compressed working hours will be considered. We are offering a salary of up to £27,000 per annum depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
