About the role

We are recruiting an Alarm Optimisation Specialist to join our Operational Control team. The role focuses on improving alarm quality and telemetry data and supporting continuous improvement across the Operational Control Centre.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Improve the quality and performance of alarms and telemetry data.
  • Work closely with Field Operations and the Operational Control Centre.
  • Gather expert knowledge to inform alarm optimisation solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement across the alarm estate.
  • Reduce alarm volumes and support regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to pollution reduction and leakage targets.
