The Role
This role is a full-time, office-based position. In response to continued growth and increasing engagement with UK Government clients, we are seeking a Bid support senior leadership with decision-making through structured reporting. Develop clear, consistent bid content aligned with government evaluation methodologies and maintain a reusable library aligned to CCS/MOD expectations. The above list is not exhaustive and, as such, you may be required to undertake other duties as appropriate.
Requirements
- Essential
- Degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional accreditation (e.g. APM, PRINCE2, PMP) (e.g. Project Management, Engineering, Business, or similar)
- At least one year of commercial experience delivering bids within MOD, defence, or wider UK public sector procurement environments
- Strong working knowledge of Crown Commercial Service (CCS) frameworks and call-off processes
- Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and their practical application
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for programme planning and tracking
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in structured bid responses
- Must be eligible to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance
- Willingness to travel as required

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (e.g. Jaggaer, Atamis, Bravo)
- Experience delivering contracts under CCS frameworks (e.g. RM6018, RM6237, etc.)
- Knowledge of social value requirements in public sector bids
- Commercial or legal training related to contract management
