We are looking for a self‑motivated person with a mechanical mindset to join our expanding Service & LEV team. Responsible to the Field Service Manager and Operations Director, the role is to support the Field Service Manager with servicing, maintenance and testing of LEV extraction systems.
Service & LEV Assessment duties
- Carry out servicing, maintenance along with LEV thorough examination and test assessments on customer’s premises.
- All documentation to be completed and returned to the appropriate department within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining stocks of standard parts and spare parts on service vehicle.
- Ensuring all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order.
- Territory management working with the service co‑ordinator.
Health & Safety
- Observe and practice all Health & Safety regulations issued by the company, and those of the companies in which you work.
- Observe environmental issues about bagging and labelling of waste materials.
General
- Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner.
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained and kept in a clean and presentable condition.
- Provide feedback to the company on technical changes required, sales opportunities and competitor information.
- Participate in meetings as arranged by the company.
- Participate in any training courses, internally or externally, set up by the company and apply that training into your daily routines.
- Work with team colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
