We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join an exciting organisation based in Bournemouth (On-site). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and maintenance services.
Role Responsibilities:

Monitor & respond to service desk requests, resolving technical issues efficiently.

Ensure all IT services are delivered professionally and effectively.
-
Provide technical support for all users, handling requests and queries appropriately.

Develop and maintain effective systems for IT maintenance & upgrades.
-
Offer technical advice & guidance to other departments.
-
Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
-
3+ years experience at 1st, 2nd with ideally some project experience.
-
Knowledge of Windows server & desktop operating systems.
-
Experience with desktop, server & network infrastructure.
Troubleshooting skills (Not all required):
-
Familiarity with analogue & IP telephony systems & mobiles.
-
O365 – front & Back End admin.
-
MS365 security & user admin.
-
AD (incl. DNS, DHCP, GPO).
-
WSUS & SCCM.
-
Remote access tools eg VPN, RDP.
-
Experience with virtual Servers – onsite & cloud.
-
Networking & protocols.
-
Security systems, software & protocols.
-
Monitoring systems.
-
Cisco Switches & routing, Cisco ASA Firewalls.
-
Anti-virus & cyber security admin.
