We are looking for an experienced Data Insights Analyst to join a growing organisation in a fully remote role, helping turn complex operational data into clear insights that improve performance, customer experience and business decision making. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data but is equally comfortable working with stakeholders, understanding business problems and presenting recommendations that lead to genuine improvements. You will work with large datasets from multiple sources, identifying trends, developing dashboards and reporting, supporting forecasting and helping the business understand where changes can improve efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance.
