Multi-Trade Technician in Winchester

We’re looking for Multi Trade Technicians specialising in Plumbing or Carpentry to join our Direct Repairs department. The role, based across Surrey & Berkshire, requires a proven track record of carrying out repairs and maintenance works and will be provided with a company van for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• You will be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department, working within our dedicated Voids team to provide a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery.
• You will provide clear structure and support to operatives and other team members in managing repairs from issue to completion and final quality assurance.
• You will successfully deliver the works required to a high quality and as detailed within each order, maximizing first‑time fix criteria, appointment objectives and resident satisfaction, while implementing efficient working practices.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of working in a Housing, Maintenance or Construction industry.
• Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in building maintenance & repairs.
• Thorough understanding and commitment to ensuring all relevant health and safety statutory obligations and methods of good practice are incorporated into all operations.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points, no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years, and a minimum of two years driving experience.
