Southern Housing is looking for a People Shared Services Officer on secondment/FTC basis until 6 June 2027. Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you'll be responsible for co-ordinating, supporting and administrating activities related to benefits, wellbeing, grey fleet and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Significant experience of providing people administrative support and understanding employee lifecycle processes. Experience of working with and analysing people data.
