Farringdon hybrid working Join Southern Housing as our new Sales Services Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working and self-motivated individual, with an excellent level of sales and customer service experience, who ideally has experience within the affordable housing sector. Working as part of ourSales Services Team, you will be responsible for managing shared ownership Resales, Staircasing, Lease Extensions, Right to Buy as well as other affordable housing products, whilst delivering excellent customer service. You will be implementing sales strategies for a range of exciting schemes, to maximise sales revenue and target our priority customers. In addition, you will be a natural at developing customer contacts, building internal and external relationships, and converting leads into sales.Your flair with customers will have been proven in a similar sales role. This role is based in ourFarringdonoffice and offers a hybrid model of work – office days and working from home. What you\’ll need: Experience of dealing with the property sales process. Preferably for shared ownership Experience of dealing with shared ownership sales Experience of customer service Team working Experience of building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent organisational and communication skills In your supporting statement , it is important that you address how you meet each of the above six criteria providing real examples.?
