Southern Housing is looking for a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our People team on a part-time basis, 21 hours per week. In this role, you will support the Reward & Benefits Manager with delivering key annual and cyclical reward activities. You will be a key point of contact for compensation and benefit queries, ensuring colleagues receive clear, timely and customer-focused support.
What you'll be doing:
- Salary benchmarking, job evaluation and data submissions
- Annual salary review modelling and market analysis
- Managing benefit queries and liaising with brokers/suppliers
- Supporting PMI, cash plan, gym membership and broader benefit schemes
- Updating benefit content and supporting colleague communications
This role will be based at our main office in Farringdon (London) and offers a hybrid way of working as agreed with your manager. The 21 hours per week must be covered in 3 to 4 working days.
What you'll need:
- Experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel capability
- Confidence managing data, market insights and benefit providers
- Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable) or interest in working towards it
