Southern Housing is seeking a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to be the main contact for residents during maintenance works and projects. You will work with residents, contractors, the Complaints Resolution Team, and internal teams to shape services and ensure high standards of customer care.
You’ll join the Disrepair Resident Liaison team, with office-based work at Farringdon and the option for hybrid working, plus occasional site visits to residents’ homes and estates.
