Our Procurement team is experiencing a period of growth, opening a range of exciting opportunities for talented individuals to join a high-performing, forward-thinking function. We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Procurement Business Partner who can lead complex, high-value programmes and play a key role in driving sustainable procurement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:- Leading high-value, complex procurement projects from strategy to contract award
- Driving sustainable procurement and strategic sourcing across the organisation
- Providing expert contract management and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Developing and delivering contract modification strategies within contractual and regulatory frameworks
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and supply chain partners
- Leading commercial negotiations and delivering value-for-money outcomes
- Developing market intelligence, benchmarking, and pricing strategies
This role can be based at any of our office locations and will require attendance at our Farringdon, London office once a week. It is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home up to three days per week. Home working days will be agreed with the line manager.
What you'll need:- Strong experience in strategic sourcing and complex procurement delivery
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- A deep understanding of procurement regulations and contract management
- Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams
- CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply working towards Advanced Diploma
