Southern Housing is recruiting a Care & Support Worker to join Green Meadows for 25 hours per week, delivering person-centred support to residents across our schemes and community services.
You'll work with older adults, people with learning disabilities or autism, and mental health needs, following individual care plans to promote independence, dignity and choice. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties is required.
