Southern Housing is looking for a People Shared Services Officer on secondment/FTC basis until 6 June 2027. Reporting to the Head of People Shared Services, you will be responsible for co-ordinating, supporting and administrating activities related to benefits, wellbeing, grey fleet and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. This role will be based at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, Kent, where you will be expected to be on site for a minimum of two days per week.
What you'll have:
- Significant experience of providing people administrative support and understanding employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong people management experience.
- Significant experience of providing advice to line managers on employee life-cycle issues.
- Experience of working with and analysing people data.
- Professional CIPD and/or People qualification or equivalent experience.
