Our Procurement team is experiencing a period of growth, opening a range of exciting opportunities for talented individuals to join a high‑performing, forward‑thinking function. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Procurement Business Partner who can lead complex, high‑value programmes and play a key role in driving sustainable procurement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading high-value, complex procurement projects from strategy to contract award
  • Driving sustainable procurement and strategic sourcing across the organisation
  • Providing expert contract management and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Developing and delivering contract modification strategies within contractual and regulatory frameworks
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and supply chain partners
  • Leading commercial negotiations and delivering value‑for‑money outcomes
  • Developing market intelligence, benchmarking, and pricing strategies

This role can be based at any of our office locations and will require attendance at our Farringdon, London office once a week. It is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home up to three days per week. Home working days will be agreed with the line manager.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong experience in strategic sourcing and complex procurement delivery
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A deep understanding of procurement regulations and contract management
  • Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams
  • CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply working towards Advanced Diploma
