The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The role involves joining our Asset Compliance team as a Compliance Officer (Lifts team) on a Secondment/Fixed Term Basis until 12 February 2027. You will support the team with a variety of tasks and activities, demonstrating a genuine interest in social housing compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative tasks
  • Arranging access
  • Handling resident queries
  • Data entry
  • Ensuring accurate data is held within Apex and other systems
  • Providing support to the Compliance Manager
  • Supporting the team on key administrative projects as required

The role is based in our Croydon office and is offered on a hybrid model of work as agreed with your Line Manager. The starting date for this role is the beginning of August 2026.

What you'll need:

  • Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment is desirable
  • Understanding of Compliance areas and requirements on housing organisations
  • Experience of performance-based management through KPIs in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience of managing and analysing large data sets, ensuring responsibility for quality compliance data, and producing management reports
  • Experience with MS Office and excellent knowledge of Excel and Word applications
