Southern Housing is seeking a Solicitor (Litigation) - Arrears Recovery to join our Legal Services team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week) until 31 March 2027. Based in London (Farringdon), the role focuses on arrears recovery litigation and housing management matters, working with the Customer Accounts team to recover rent, service charges and other debts.
You will provide clear legal advice, manage litigation files, train colleagues and help improve processes.
