The role involves making a real impact on residents' day-to-day experience of their homes. As a Responsive Repairs Planner (Scheduler), you will be the key lead for defined geographical patches, owning our maintenance scheduling diary end to end. You will diagnose and book works to drive first-time fixes, coordinate seamlessly with the Operational Support and Customer Services teams, and serve as the first point of contact.
