You will provide administrative and co-ordination support across Homecare and Extra Care services, creating and managing staff rotas and ensuring care is delivered on time and in line with residents’ needs.
Based in Newport with occasional travel, you will respond to enquiries, maintain records, arrange meetings and support compliance to deliver a responsive, customer-focused service.
