We are looking for a Care & Support Worker to join us here at Southern Housing on the Isle of Wight! You will work as part of a team providing personalised care and support to residents and people who use our services in line with established care and support plans. You will work with older people, frail elderly, people with a learning disability and autism, and people with mental health issues.
