Southern Housing is seeking a detail‑driven Managing Agent Assurance Officer to join our Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team. You’ll review service charge expenditure, assess compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements, and ensure charges are supported by evidence.
You’ll provide independent assurance, challenge and resident advocacy, investigate complex issues, support dispute resolution and contribute to tribunal proceedings where required.
