Managing Agent Data Co-ordinator in Fleet

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Managing Agent Data Co-ordinator to join our Service Charge & Specialist Leasehold Services team. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate information about our externally managed homes, helping us deliver excellent services to residents and meet our compliance requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate records relating to managing agents, RTM companies and managed properties.




• Collecting, checking and updating compliance, contractual and property information.




• Monitoring and recording important compliance data, including fire, gas, electrical and lift safety information.




• Producing reports and management information for operational teams.




• Identifying and resolving data quality issues.




• Supporting continuous improvement projects and data cleansing exercises.




• Working closely with colleagues, managing agents and external partners to ensure information is accurate and up to date.




• Providing a high-quality, customer-focused service to support residents and operational teams.

What we're looking for

• Experience working with data, records or business systems.




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




• Good Microsoft Excel skills.




• Excellent organisation and time management skills.




• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




• A proactive approach to problem solving.




• Experience in housing, property management or a similar environment would be beneficial.
