An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dedicated Disrepair Team for the position of Senior Disrepair Manager. The successful candidate will oversee a team comprising Surveyors, Disrepair Coordinators, and Team Assistants to deliver an excellent, resident-focused Disrepair Service. You will work closely with internal and external legal counsel, external contractors, and various internal departments. You’ll have access to all the necessary resources to solve complex issues, ensuring that we meet our residents’ reasonable expectations.

Your main office will be in Farringdon, with duties extending across London. You’ll have the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.

What you’ll need

• A high level of Disrepair knowledge.
• Knowledge of Awaab’s law and a comprehensive understanding of regulations.
• Have or are working towards Chartered RICS or equivalent.
• You’ll be a proven leader with strong experience of managing people (including contractor management).
• You’ll need to be results oriented, focused on service delivery and set high goals for personal and organisational achievement.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
