We are looking for skilled, reliable Electricians who take pride in delivering high quality work and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical repairs, maintenance and testing across our properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a field-based role, and you may be required to support across different locations where needed. You will also take part in a 24-hour emergency call out rota on a fair and planned basis.
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent)
- Inspection & Testing qualification
- Experience carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and electrical compliance requirements
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends with reasonable notice
- You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years
You will be part of our Direct Services Reactive Repairs team, delivering a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service to our residents, including emergency, routine and responsive works.
