We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our dedicated Marketing & Insight Team for a Marketing Assistant. Working 17.5 hours per week as a job share, you will support the team with the delivery of our marketing strategies across our pipeline of new homes for London Living Rent, Shared Ownership and Open Market Sale. You will also support the team to deliver the Southern Housing New Homes brand and the digital development and improvement of our customer service offer.
Key Responsibilities:- Review our sales and marketing literature, including websites, to ensure it accurately reflects Southern Housing New Homes brand guidelines, the scheme details, and fully complies with current regulations and New Homes Quality Code guidance.
- Work with external agencies to manage the roll-out of approved advertising designs and concepts across a range of media, both online and offline.
- Work with the Presales team to collate plans and information required to produce scheme-specific sales collateral, and to work with the Sales team to produce price lists for scheme launches.
- Maintain the CRM/CMS systems to ensure property specifics are correct. Undertake regular updates and quality checks to ensure the correct information is issued to customers.
- Support the Market Insights Manager in maintaining the quality of data held within the CRM system and with other tasks such as competitor and local area research.
- Support the team with raising of Purchase Orders and maintenance of budget trackers.
Please note, this role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 12/09/2026. Hybrid working will be provided. Working patterns to be negotiated, including working from Fleet House, Farringdon.
What you'll need:- Proficiency in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- The ability to travel to any location as required, depending on the current development pipeline, throughout the organisation's area of operation.
