Southern Housing is seeking a compassionate Care & Support Worker to join Furze Brake on a 35-hour week across the Isle of Wight, including Freshwater, Ryde and the Bay area. You will deliver person-centred care in our CQC-regulated services, supporting residents to live independently with dignity and choice.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. DBS check will be undertaken for successful applicants to ensure safeguarding across services.
