Southern Housing is seeking a Care & Support Worker for Green Meadows, 25 hours per week, across our schemes and residents’ homes. You will deliver person-centred care to adults with diverse needs, promoting independence, dignity and inclusion.
You’ll join a supportive team in a CQC-regulated environment, with training provided and DBS checks. A GCSE pass in Maths and English and willingness to pursue NVQ Level 2 are preferred.
