Sittingbourne, Kent hybrid working available. We are seeking a driven Business Engagement Lead to oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives across the business. As the key link between technology and customers, you will ensure delivery aligns with business goals and customer needs.

This is an exciting role in which you will work with a skilled, cross-functional team to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and meaningful impact. Through strong communication and stakeholder management, you will champion the customer voice in technology, ensuring their needs are understood and met. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/08/2026.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences while highlighting their relevance to business targets.
  • Ability to understand and advocate for the customer, both colleague and end-user.
  • Confidence to challenge requirements and highlight possible implications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot user issues effectively to minimise disruptions.
  • Knowledge of technology-business alignment, user engagement, system adoption, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Ability to run business workshops and elicit technology demand.
