At Southern Housing, we’re looking for a Forecast Analyst who thrives on analysing data, building robust financial models, and shaping long-term decisions that truly make a difference. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in defining our 30-year investment strategy, influencing decisions at Director and Board level, and helping us plan for the future of our homes and communities. This role can be based at any of our office locations and will require attendance at our Farringdon, London office once a week. It is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home up to three days per week. Home working days will be agreed with the line manager.
What You’ll Need
- Strong financial analysis experience
- Experience of data auditing and quality techniques
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Access
- Experience of maintaining large datasets, data extraction, manipulation and analysis
- Demonstrable experience working in asset management and financial data analysis
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently with excellent attention to detail
