Southern Housing is seeking a dedicated Solicitor (Litigation) - Arrears Recovery to join the Legal Services team on a part-time basis (21 hours per week) until 31 March 2027. You will primarily conduct arrears recovery litigation for housing management matters, working with the Customer Accounts team to deliver fair, effective, and compliant income recovery across the organisation.
You will handle possession, money claims and forfeiture proceedings where appropriate.
