Farringdon, London hybrid working We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Housing team here at Southern Housing. This is apermanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. This is a hybrid role based at our London, Farringdon office2 days a week, to be agreed with the Area Housing Manager. Our Tenancy Sustainment Officers are required to be flexible in their ability to travel across our homes in London, this is because we work in a patchless way. However, each role is designated to a team within the areas below and you may be required to travel within those zones as well as other zones as part of your duties: Working across the following London Boroughs: Newham, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Haringey, Camden, Westminster, Ealing, Enfield, Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham and Kensington & Chelsea. As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, youll provide intensive tenancy sustainment support to our most vulnerable residents, helping them to sustain their tenancy and reduce the risk of tenancy failure.
