Heating Surveyor

Sittingbourne, Kent hybrid working available Are you experienced in maintenance surveying, with a detailed knowledge of the legal disrepair process? If We have a great opportunity that has arisen for a Heating Surveyor to join our welcoming and dedicated Heating Compliance Team. The purpose of this role is to carry out compliance related property inspections covering our whole stock portfolio. It also involves being heavily involved in the preparation and delivery of compliance related investment works. In addition, you will undertake a variety of on-site and office-based activities that help support the delivery of our Asset Compliance Management Plans. There is also some project management and financial responsibility for this role. Youll be based out of our office in Sittingbourne Kent, with the option of working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your line manager. For this role you will need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
