*Internally your job title will be Electrical Technician (Voids) The role The Electrical Technicianis an essential member of the Direct Repairs department, working within our dedicated Voids teamproviding a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property service delivery with the occasional Out of Hours work which will add to your earnings.The primary focus is providing a high-quality responsive maintenance service to all residents, internal colleagues and partners. You will provide clear structure and support to operatives in managing repairs effectively from issue to completion and final quality assurance. The role will be based across Reading& Bracknell, and you will be provided with a company van for work purposes. What you’ll have A proven track record of working as an Electrician, where customer satisfaction is at the heart of service delivery at least 2 years experience ideally. Possession of the following trade qualifications: City and Guilds 18th Edition Certificate Qualified to Part 1 & 2 City and Guilds for electrical installation City and Guilds 2391 testing and inspection (desirable)
