Care & Support Worker

St Helena, Sandown, Isle of Wight The role We are looking for a Care & Support Workers to join us here at Southern Housing! You will work as part of a team providing personalised care and support services promoting independence, health and wellbeing to people with learning disabilities living at our supported housing scheme You will need to work flexibly to cover evenings and weekends as required to meet the needs of the service. You must be physically able to undertake moving and handling, have the use of a vehicle with business use insurance and will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
