The role Southern Housing is on the lookout for Buildings Document Controllers to join our Building Safety team on a2-year Fixed Term Contract! (Concluding in January 2027) This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previous document and information management experience in a property/construction background and would like an opportunity to be a part of a high performing and supportive team. Reporting to the Document Controller & Systems Manager, you will be working to defined policies, processes and procedures that support the Southern Housing Information Management function and ensuring that effective and secured document management processes and procedures are followed for building information management across Building Safety transformation programme priorities in compliance with the Building Safety Golden Thread requirements and relevant British Standards (BSIs) or ISOs. This role will be based at our office in Farringdon, London however there may be a requirement to travel to other main offices from time to time. Specific arrangements will be discussed and agreed with your line manager. What youll be doing: Ensure that paper assets are properly arranged and sorted accordingly using Southern Housing classification.
