Join to apply for the Handyman/Maintenance role at Southern Homes of the Carolina. Temporary to permanent. £14.40 per hour. Days shift. Based in the Aldridge area.

Responsibilities

  • Painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc duties.
  • Assisting with new installs, overseeing contractors on site.
  • Arranging service maintenance visits.
  • Ordering replacement parts/spares.
  • Conduct compliance checks to include emergency lighting.
  • Dealing with general repairs and maintenance on site to include painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc duties.
  • Adhering to H&S policies and procedures.
