Responsibilities
- Painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc duties.
- Assisting with new installs, overseeing contractors on site.
- Arranging service maintenance visits.
- Ordering replacement parts/spares.
- Conduct compliance checks to include emergency lighting.
- Dealing with general repairs and maintenance on site to include painting, fixing toilets, replacing lighting bulbs and other ad hoc duties.
- Adhering to H&S policies and procedures.
