Davis Tate is looking to hire a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to be based at our Pangbourne office. Competitive package dependent on experience.
Primarily responsible for contributing towards generating and maintaining profitable sales and lettings within the office area and working as part of the office team to achieve office and personal targets.
The successful candidate will be required to
- Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Sales/Lettings/Branch Manager/s.
- To be a team member within the network of offices and services.
- Referring and promoting the network at all times.
- Ambassador of Davis Tate inside and outside of employment hours.
- Meet and greet all visitors and register, book viewings and valuations and carry out viewings.
- Deal with website referrals without delay, contact to register, book viewings and valuations where appropriate.
- Display strong IT skills.
- Have the ability to demonstrate a good level of influencing and negotiating skills.
- Have the ability to multi task and prioritize, good at time management.
- Be adaptable to change moving with the economic climate.
- Demonstrate good team player attitude.
- Hold strong admin skills.
- Have strong customer facing skills – ability to remain calm under pressure, build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience.
- Display the ability to work using own judgement
- A driving licence is essential.
