We are seeking an exceptional senior leader to provide Executive Health & Social Care (HSC) leadership of Operations for Adult Community and Acute Services. This is a pivotal portfolio covering adult community and social care services, older people services, community nursing teams, GP out of hours services and emergency care.
As Director, you will lead a large workforce and support integrated multi‑disciplinary pathways and partnership working across local councils including the local community and voluntary sector partners, improve patient experience and drive meaningful transformation. Guided by our vision, you will help us strengthen our organisation for the future, shaping how we deliver care across acute community settings. This role is also central to delivering the Minister’s Reset Plan, ensuring we stabilise services, reform how we work, and deliver the improvements our population needs.
We are looking for a visible and influential leader – someone who can inspire people, build strong clinical and managerial partnerships, motivate teams and deliver improvements at pace, and who shares our commitment to innovation, collaboration and public service. You will have extensive senior operational experience at Director level, and a proven ability to lead at scale.
