The Role
This isn’t a corporate marketing job. It’s a founder-led, team-powered content engine, built to shape how our brands are seen. We move fast. We adapt. We build in public. You’ll work directly with our Head of Content, translating real business momentum into meaningful, story-led content across our brands. Based in our £15m HiiLife Show Home in Virginia Water — one of the UK’s most exclusive private estates, 45 minutes direct to London Waterloo — you’ll operate at the centre of decision-making, not the sidelines. Every day is a front-row seat to how real businesses are built. You’ll gain exposure most early-career roles simply don’t offer.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Filming and editing short-form, narrative-led content
- Turning conversations and behind-the-scenes moments into structured, binge-worthy formats
- Hosting and documenting the journey on camera
- Building recurring content series people recognise and return to
- Repurposing strategically across platforms
- Maintaining posting cadence and reactive momentum
- Supporting and evolving our content frameworks
You’re not just part of the story. You’ll help shape it — and, more importantly, tell it.
What We’re Looking For
We don’t care about years of experience. We care if:
- Your edits feel sharp.
- Your pacing and style hold attention.
- You speak naturally on camera.
- You execute quickly.
- You understand the difference between viral and valuable.
Fluency in CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar is essential. A full UK driving licence is a strong advantage, as the role includes site visits and on-location shoots. Entrepreneurial mindset. Commercial awareness. Comfortable operating around founders and big ideas.
What You’ll Have
- MacBook Pro and iPhone.
- DJI camera, gimbal, lighting and audio kits.
- On-site gym and wellness facilities.
- Access to company vehicle fleet for shoots and site visits.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
- Competitive pay based on experience and output.
- Direct exposure to founders and operators building across property, business and consumer brands.
- Clear opportunity to grow as we scale.
