We’re looking for an experienced Habitats Management Operative to join our dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based within commuting distance to our Essex office, this role offers a site-based working model. As part of a team dedicated to safeguarding and rejuvenating the natural world, you’ll play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions for a range of exciting projects.

What You’ll Do:
- Participate in habitat creation and management — from planning to execution, actively contributing to ecological restoration.
- Prioritize safety by following all health and safety policies and ensuring compliance on every site.
- Collaborate with a passionate team, attending site briefings and toolbox talks, ensuring tasks follow approved methods.
- Share your expertise and contribute to team learning and development.
Required:
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (e.g., CSCS).
- A full driving license (including towing experience if required).
- An interest in ecology and the natural environment.
- Flexibility for occasional overnight stays for specific projects.

- PA1/PA6 Knapsack Spraying
- NPTC Brush-cutters
- NPTC Chainsaws
