Main purpose and scope of the job
- Co-ordinating and managing the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, including placing adverts, monitoring applications, obtaining references, arranging interviews and undertaking pre-employment checks as well as contributing to the new starter experience for new colleagues.
- Ensuring new starter documents including all contracts and offer letters are issued in accordance with the policies and practices in place.
- Generating letters and relevant paperwork relating to HR administration which are accurate and in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
- Contributing to regular data reporting in relation to absence, recruitment, employee relation casework and exit data and support the HR Team in providing reports.
