We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Multimedia Officer to play a key role in shaping and delivering communications for the council’s implementation of Oracle Fusion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, organisation-wide communications during a major transformation programme, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and supported throughout the journey.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
As a senior member of the Communications, Marketing and Design team, you will lead the development and delivery of multimedia campaigns and digital communications to support the successful roll-out of Oracle Fusion. Working closely with business partners, team leaders and services across the organisation, you will ensure clear, consistent and engaging messaging across all channels, helping to embed change and improve user experience.
