An exciting opportunity has arisen to take charge of The Press in York, the Ryedale Gazette & Herald and their associated websites. These are respected titles with a strong presence in their communities. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for journalism and a strong track record in the industry. This is a rare opportunity to lead a newsroom and play a key role in shaping its future. You will be responsible for driving digital excellence while maintaining the high standards of print products. The role requires a strategic thinker who can manage change, inspire teams, and work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the editorial direction and output across digital and print platforms
