Work with Japanese Clients

Join our inbound travel team and learn how to manage travel arrangements for Japanese groups visiting Singapore.

No previous travel industry experience is required.

We will guide and train you step by step, from the basics to handling your own travel arrangements.

Salary & Career Progression

Starting Salary: SGD 3,000

During the probation period, you will receive training and guidance to understand our workflow and travel operations.

After 3 months — Confirmation or Extension.

Salary will be reviewed based on individual performance:

SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,800

After 6 months — Performance Review

For strong overall performance and the ability to independently manage responsibilities:

SGD 4,000

Salary progression is performance-based and depends on your ability, responsibility, accuracy, communication and overall contribution to the team.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in inbound travel operations, tour planning, reservations, hospitality or destination management is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills may also be considered.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Japanese language ability would be a strong advantage due to the company’s extensive work with the Japanese market.
• Proficiency in Email.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail when preparing quotations, checking costs and reconciling invoices.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings while meeting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Singapore’s hotels, attractions, restaurants and transportation services is preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with overseas agents, travellers, suppliers, tour guides and internal departments.
• Able and willing to travel to hotels, venues, attractions and other locations for onsite assignments.
• Able to remain contactable and provide operational support outside standard office hours when required.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Due to the operational nature of inbound tourism, work may occasionally be required outside standard office hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
• After-hours duties may include responding to urgent calls and messages, monitoring active tours, attending onsite assignments or resolving operational issues.
• Applicants must understand that flexibility and after-hours availability are essential requirements of this position.
• Any time off in lieu for approved work performed outside standard working hours must be authorised in advance and will be granted at the Company Director’s discretion, subject to company policy and the employee’s applicable employment terms.
