We are looking for a Group IT Infrastructure Manager to come on board and join our team in Dummer, Basingstoke. We are looking for someone to lead, manage and oversee the internal IT Infrastructure operations across SCG, ensuring that systems and services remain secure, available and performant.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and being accountable for all infrastructure systems including cloud service management, datacentre management, and email system management.
- Managing and maintaining backup and recovery operations.
- Overseeing infrastructure maintenance, system upgrades, and migrations.
- Ensuring infrastructure endpoint protection and patch management are maintained.
- Monitoring and ensuring infrastructure performance meets business requirements.
- Leading the technical resolution of major service outages (MSOs) and ensuring appropriate escalation.
