Part Time Recruitment Advisor – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Basingstoke Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 FTE (pro rata based on hours worked) Hours: 25-30 Hours per week To provide a proactive, hands-on recruitment service across Southern Communications Group, handling vacancies from briefing through to appointment and onboarding. Working with Recruitment Manager oversight and approval, you will advise hiring managers, source and assess candidates, facilitate interviews and offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities: ·
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across the Group. ·
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies. ·
Write and advertise engaging job vacancies. ·
Source, screen and assess candidates through a range of channels. ·
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate progression. ·
Provide recruitment guidance and market insight to hiring managers. ·
Ensure a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience. ·
Support onboarding and maintain accurate recruitment records. ·
Build talent pipelines and promote direct sourcing. ·
Support early careers and targeted recruitment initiatives. Skills and Experience: ·
3-5 years' recruitment experience gained in-house, agency-side or both. ·
Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. ·
Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills. ·
Confident stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions. ·
Good knowledge of fair recruitment practices and employment legislation. ·
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ·
Excellent organisation, communication and prioritisation skills. ·
A proactive, resilient and collaborative approach. ·
IT or telecommunications recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential.
