You will be helping the company grow by supporting the generation of new leads to both new and existing customers, ultimately leading to the sale of new products and services. You will design and execute the delivery of successful lead generation strategies through various channels including marketing, operations, and sales. You will support sales activity and sales personnel in driving substantial growth in high-quality leads, optimising conversion rates, and contributing to the profitability of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Use the tools within HubSpot to ensure that as a Sales and Marketing tool, all of the system is being leveraged to increase sales including insights to improve conversion rates.
- Support in the automated processes including workflows and sequences that will result in the sales teams operating more efficiently.
- Action and improve lead generation strategies to enhance effectiveness that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality and quantity meets requirements.
- Support the generation of leads for both new business and existing customers.
- Support the overall delivery of multi-channel campaigns, focusing on products, verticals, events, and data.
- Develop processes to improve and ensure the data quality and support in reporting and dashboard creation.
- Analyse data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimise lead generation efforts.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Sales to deliver sales output.
- Score leads and segment the database to target the right prospects effectively.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress and ROI, and provide regular feedback to the teams.
- Reporting and dashboard creation for Senior Management Team.
