Are you currently in a HR generalist role where data is your passion? Or are you in a data driven role and would like to use those skills within the HR team? If so, we are looking for a HR Systems and Data Coordinator to come onboard and join our HR team at SCG in Dummer, Basingstoke.
You will have two main areas of responsibility: HRIS (Cascade) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and HR Generalist, being the remote HR Generalist responsible for one or more of the regional offices where there is no embedded HR Designate.
Responsibilities:
- Drive independent understanding of the new HR system
- Train the HR team on the use of the system and create train the trainer training materials for the wider HR team to be able to train employees in the regional offices.
- Create workflows to automate processes, taking the existing Teams forms and process flows and replicating these in Cascade.
- Be the first point of contact for employees at the designated office. There will be a requirement to travel to this office on at least a weekly basis.
- Hands on support for training, induction and HR processes.
- Maintenance of high-quality employee data and record keeping.
- Supporting and training Department Managers on all aspects of their HR responsibilities to ensure compliance with both SCG policies and ensuring the businesses meets its legal obligations.

Essential:
- The ability to diagnose system issues, identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Someone who is passionate about data and high-quality information
- Good eye for detail and strong Excel and Word skills
- Highly motivated individual with good time management and prioritization skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and confident working in a faced paced environment
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 HR Experience
- Power BI
